Our Kennel Policies
  1. Boarding charges begin on arrival day.policies
  2. Pick-up times & drop times to business hours M,T,TH,F 10-13 & 3-5 W &S are by appointment only. There is no charge for that day for pick-ups  prior to 11am.
  3. All pets are charged for Sundays and holidays.
  4. Drop off & pick-up by appointment only. If you wish to pick-up or drop off outside our business hours there will be a $10 fee added to boarding bill.
  5. Pets will only be released to the owner unless prior arrangements are made. ID will be required if not owner.
  6. Pets requiring medication or special diets, including mixing with canned food, will incur a $1.00 per day charge.
  7. Major Holidays require advanced reservations within 7days of holiday. Major Holidays are 4th of July, Labor Day, Memorial Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years.
  8. If you wish to cancel your reservation please be courteous to call to cancel such reservation so that we may accommodate others
  9. This is a FLEA FREE environment. Any dog entering the kennel with fleas and/or ticks will be charged for a flea treatment that will be added to boarding bill.
  10. For your convenience we accept Master card, Visa & Debit cards.  There will be an additional $25 fee for returned checks. If unpaid for more than 30 days we will turn all information over to a collection agency and you will be responsible for all applicable charges required by state law.
  11. Dogs that bite, are difficult to handle, etc. will incur an additional charge to be determined  by the extra time to properly care for the dog.
