Making Reservations

Making reservations by phone often requires that you leave a message as we spend a lot of time outside with the dogs, therefore, if you get our machine:
reservations
  1. Leave your name and  phone number.
  2. The date you want to drop off & time, and the date you want to pick up & time.
  3. Your pets name & size. Also whether a dog or cat.
  4. We will call and confirm your reservation.
  5. Please let us know if you are a new client.

Hours

You may pick up and drop off Monday thru Saturday. Pick up or Drop off on Sundays and all holidays may incur an additional fee!

Tours are available during these same hours Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday 10 a.m - 12 p.m. &  3 p.m. - 5 p.m. Weekends by appointment only. Closed on Sunday.

Morning hours are from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Evening hours are from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

We will happily accommodate other hours in an emergency situation!

In case of an emergency, we may still be reached at: 423-881-7297. At all other times, we appreciate your adhering to our scheduled hours to provide both the dogs and our employees some quiet time as well.
