1. Do I bring my Pets food ?

faq

Our goal is to keep your pets stay as normal as possible. We prefer you bring your pets regular diet from home. Please bring only the amount of food you think your pet will need. It should be labeled and in an air tight container.

We do not have room to store large bags of food. We will feed the raw diet providing you bring each meal bagged and ready to serve. There is a $1.00 a day extra charge for this service.

2. Can I bring my pet's bed and toys?

Please bring a clean bed or blanket for your pet. We are sorry but we cannot accept large stuffed beds of any kind.

Toys are fine, however, PuppyLePew, is not responsible for lost or destroyed toys and bedding.

3. What if my pet requires medication?

All medication will incur an additional charge of $1.00 per day. Please label all medications clearly and include what the medication is for.

4. How do I find out what vaccinations my Pet has had?

Your Veterinarian should give you a receipt or certificate showing what vaccinations were administered, the date they were given and the date they expire. You may bring a copy with you or have your vet call the kennel and verify the shot records.

Dogs

These vaccinations are required prior to boarding your dog:

  • Rabies - required once every year
  • DHLPP - required once every year
  • Bordetella - required once every 6 months to a year

Cats

These vaccinations are required prior to boarding your cat:

  • Rabies - required once every year
  • FCRVP - required once every year

Please discuss vaccines with your vet prior to your visit.

5. What if my Pet does not have all vaccinations required?

If your pet needs vaccines they must be administered at least 2 weeks prior to arrival. For the protection of all borders, we do not allow any pet to stay at PuppyLePew if vaccinations are not current. There are no exceptions to this policy.
